Support Groups
How It Works
Making Space support groups are safe, welcoming circles where we can share, listen, and connect with community. Each group is guided by a trained peer facilitator and built on trust, respect, and compassion. Groups fall into three categories: demographic need (Men’s, Women’s, Latinx, LGBTQ+, BIPOC groups), transition support (Grief, Hospice, New Parent groups), and our general “A Space For All” community support group.

Grief Support Group
A compassionate space where you can share your story of loss and be heard without judgment. Together, we explore practical tools and gentle practices for living alongside grief. You’ll leave each session feeling supported, understood, and less alone in your journey.

Latina American Support Group
A culturally-rooted gathering for Latinx individuals to share their experiences, challenges, and celebrations. We honor the richness of our traditions while creating space for healing and connection. Together, we find strength, pride, and solidarity in community.

An open circle for men to speak honestly about what’s on their hearts and minds. Through guided conversation and deep listening, we build trust, respect, and authentic connection. This is a space to explore vulnerability, personal growth, and mutual support.
